I had a whole bunch of 12'x2' inch strips of cardstock that I'd picked up who knows where, probably because they were cheap. When I heard that the Smith Science Fiction and Fantasy club has a craft sale fundraiser, I cut all those strips of paper in half and started drawing bookmarks.
This is my favorite one of the several Sally (from The Nightmare Before Christmas) bookmarks I made after I realized how nice she looked as black and white lineart. I really really like the expression on her face. Though since I was lacking reference at the time, she is conspicuously missing some of the stitching that is supposed to go across her face. But oh well.
