FanArt: Give and TakeA couple of my friends from an online message board, and their characters in the QfG universe--one an expert rogue (with a wide mischievous streak and a sweet tooth the size of Montana), one a heroically devoted paladin-mage. They tend to have...ah...hijinx. The girl, Jina ('Pooky' to her friends ;) ) had drawn a wonderful picture of Maghrabi*, and I wanted to thank her. *You can see that picture here. While you're at it, check out the rest of her gallery. That's a command, you. | |

| 10 Jul 2004 | Jenna 'Laughing Astarael' Kass | Ha, this is great! He looks to suave and all, and there she is, relieving him of his coin purse. Heh... lolly pop! Both of the expressions are priceless, and the colors are great ^^. Hope L. Kodman replies: "Thanks! And who can resist a patent Purple Medicine Flavored Lollipop, I ask you?" | |
| 10 Jul 2004 | Maya | Haha this is awesome, you can tell so much about the characters by just looking at the picture. He better watch out for his moneybag, though, looks like she's about to snatch it. Hope L. Kodman replies: "Aw, it'll be alright, they're a couple, she'll give it back eventually. Don't know how much money will be left inside at that point, but nonetheless..." | |
| 10 Jul 2004 | Jenny McDonald, of the late Ronald McDonald estate | Wheeee! I love her costume! Hope L. Kodman replies: "The costume is as Jina's invention. But hey, as an heir to the McDonald empire, you ought to have some interesting costumes yourself, eh?" | |
| 11 Jul 2004 | Laura M. Wilson | Oh my God! Quest for Glory fan art! *eyes go wide with joy* This is...it's so great! I love the jaunty style you use, and of course, the subject matter. ^_____^ Hope L. Kodman replies: "Heh, the guy the male is based on, Klausse, tends to use his own version of the Hero for his online persona. The girl, well...she's 100% original thief . Thanks!" | |
