FanArt: Storm

Another kinda old picture, but still good. Replaceable, though. The X-Men's own Storm, a.k.a. Ororo Munroe, being fairly ticked off. I colored it in Photoshop, and it looks a little too grainy for my liking. I don't know why. It was probably the lense flare I added. Yeah.

Yep the lens flare is disturbing. Be careful with putting them on top of the outline. You'd better leave it underneath the outline (what of course means that you need to take it into account already when inking and leave parts of the outline without ink). But then I'm not good at inking so...

12 Anna Christine Riley replies: "Well, it was kind of an experimentation with lense flares. I had already put one on underneath the outline, which made the outline glow and look funny, so I just added another one over the flattened picture, and couldn't get rid of it. Mistake made; lesson learned."
