It's everyone's favorite Megaman X character...Zero! Well...maybe he isn't EVERYONE'S favorite but he is my favorite. He he he. And I wanted to draw a cute little chibi of him running. I don't know why but I thought it would be cute. It is supposed to be a 'fun' picture.
