Yes kewl drawing man! Sarah E. Mersereau replies: "No, it is not Yu-Gi-Oh, but it is a Magic card. It's from Magic: The Gathering, a card game and book series from Wizard of the Coast entertainment. Thank you for the compliment but I must repeat: The Phantom Nomad is NOT from Yu-Gi-Oh."
