This is Sai from the anime series Hikaru no Go. He used to play go at the Heian court, but he was set up and was banished. Saddened by this, he took his own life, and become a ghost that haunted a go board, later possessing people so he could continue to play go. Sketch coloured in Adobe Photoshop 7.0
