I've just recently become quite interested in Doctor Who. Hehe. So I drew this Halloween picture-cross-fanart well.. for Halloween.

Yay for Doctor Who and his many regenerations ^^;

This is my dodgey version of the Tom Baker Doctor Who. He has this scarf which I swear is around 12 ft long. I'm amazed he doesn't trip over it when he runs. hah
