As an art critic, however, I was basing my criticism on a poster I have of Rebecca Stamos, who portrayed Mystique in the movie. I didn't mean to come off as too judge-mental, it's just that when I view fan art I tend to critique it more seriously than fantasy art because it's based on original idea by someone else. Therefore my criticism of the art may seem more like a scoring of the art in relation to the original aritist's idea. I hope you understand my point of view.
