To make him look more real, try to use more gray-tones and take a good time to really work with the shapes in his face and dont do it so sharp around his eyes, it makes him look like hes using make-up. And one thing more, try to have more black surface, it will look like a black and white picture if you rally work, because you can draw, but have to work on it a little bit.
