FanArt: Legolas Wargs

At the start of summer I got some new paint, and decided to take full advantage. It is a picture of Legolas, startled by whatever he's heard with his remarkable elf hearing. My siter said she was positive it was wargs he was freaked out about, so that's what it is.

11 Apr 2004	Rose Loughran	Loading... There's something very appealing about this painting that I can't quite put my finger on...perhaps just the simple fact that it's obvious how much effort you put into it. That sky must have taken ages, great work.
19 Aug 2004	Someone Watching	Loading... stares at paints now why can't you do that for me? I love, love, love this! I love the use of colour (excuse the Canadian spelling) especailly the blue on his face, makes it look like moonlight... anyway awesome job!
11 Oct 2004		Loading... YA CANADA ROX!!!!! heh heh sorry bout that. I like how the lighting suggests that there is firelight. And the sky looks very realistic. So the coloUring is good. This has to be one of my favoUrite Legsy pics eva! Oh yeah, and I think that he's heard a fangirl squeal. Which would explain why he looks like he's about to run verrrrrrrrry fast in the opposite direction.

I wish I could do emotions! once I tried to do 'slightly concerned, slightly amused', and the girl I drew looked like she was going to cry. well, thats what I did when I saw the end result! You captured his emotions very well!
