Think you got your facts mixed, Galadriel is wedded to Celeborn. She is not his daughter, this would be impossible seeing how she is the eldest elf in Middle Earth. Galadriel is the daughter of Finarfin and Earwen (Read the Silmarillon)

so cute! it actually looks like my freind sago....*blink* celeborn deserves to be chibified! even if galadriel is much more powerful. really i would think he would be BITTER from that...ah well. *hands a big chibified cookie* here ya go for your chibi greatness!

Cute! Celeborn is, without question, my very favourite Elf of them all, and he always has been. In the books, there's no doubt that he wears at least one leg of the pants, however. The movies really did not do Celeborn justice at all! He's a wise and powerful Elf Lord, and a mighty warrior, not a trophy husband. Galadriel's powers might be flashier, but she doesn't have his strength and control.

My only complaint is the hair. Celeborn, being a Teler of royal blood, has silver hair, not that weird blond with brown roots that PJ decided to give him.

I'd really like to see Celeborn with his son-in-law, Elrond. No one seems to want to recognize their closeness.

~Stephanie-- a note about ages: Cirdan the Shipwright is actually the eldest left in Arda. He Awoke at Cuivienen, as opposed to Galadriel, who was born a few generations in. I think Celeborn is a bit older than she is, actually, but she drops in around a respectable third. (I honestly don't care what fanon says -- any Elf who Awoke is older than Celeborn or Galadriel.) Do Elves who Awoke have navels?

Yay! Celaborn got gypped in both movie AND book, in my opinion. He was too cool, and then he gets like a line, and off he goes... never to say anything again. Poor Celli. The funny thing is, if you pronounce the nickname Tengwar style, it would be "Kelly" technically. Oh wait... it's not that funny. Oh well.

What I'm trying to say is : This picture makes me very happy. Yay!
