Doctor Zander Omega. Or at least, he was supposed to be ;). I drew this one without reference at hand so he turned out a bit different than the real Dr. Omega, but the chin is the same ;) Anyway, even though not really correct, I still like how he looks, so I put it in here anyway. From VOID (again), he belongs to the Syntha and is a military Androsynth programmer and master of strategic use of AI's. He also works for Prime Secret Services. Done with a mech pencil.
