FanArt: Witch Hunter RobinI started watching Witch Hunter Robin on Cartoon Network, and have been very taken with it; it's the first anime that has seriously interested me since Trigun. I think it appeals to me because it's very similar to the X-Files (I was a huge fan of the X-Files) and the music is awesome as well. For those who are curious, Robin is a member of the STNJ, an organization that captures witches who are using their powers to harm other people. Robin herself is a craft-user, and she has the power to create and manipulate fire. Using her powers to their full extent, however, harms her eyes, so she needs glasses to keep her vision accurate. Update: Wow, Mod's Choice? I feel honored, really. ^_^ Thanks so much, everyone! Also, thanks to Jello 'The Yellow Dart' Pierce for correcting me on Robin's vision. Apparently her vision blurs when she uses her powers, so she uses the glasses to prevent her aim from being off. | |

| 10 Apr 2005 | Anonymous | I do admit that this is really good, but her face looks a little . . . bad, no offense. Your other "reviewers" are right, though, you really good. Just work on her face some, and it'd be excellent! Can't pretend it's the best, because, no offense, I've seen better. But don't let me get you wrong! ^_^ You draw really well. A hell of a lot better than what I could have done. -_- B. 'Jina' Lee replies: "Well, I seriously doubt my art will ever be "the best," especially since art always improves over time and there will always be many other talented artists out there. But thanks all the same. " | |
| 18 Jun 2005 | Christopher Shaw | Well just don't put yourself down too much eh? This is impresssive work, nicely shaded, nice expression and congratulations on winning Moderator's Choice! Well done to you B. 'Jina' Lee replies: "Thank you! I'm not exactly putting myself down, I'm just realistic about my work. Besides, knowing that there is always someone out there who does better is just part of the nature of art. " | |
