FanArt: The Cat in the Hat

I originally wanted to draw either the Cheshire Cat or the Mad Hatter... but so many people do Alice in Wonderland that I wanted a change. (Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore seeing Alice illustrations.) So instead, I drew the cat and the hat.

Done in pencil, then very lightly/simply colored in Photoshop.

There's a darn good reason the Cat shouldn't be home when your mother is out...

(The Cat in the Hat and the quote on the picture are from Dr. Seuss' book The Cat in the Hat.)
