FanArt: Penance's Dress

Does Any one remember her from the Gen X series? She was one of my favorite charaters and I was thinking to miself the other day ago 'Why shouldn't penance have a dress?'
I was feeling particulaly girly that day I think. Oh well.
done completly with prismacolor pencils.

*does first comment dance* hooray! Penance is my absolute, hands-down favorite character from generation x (chris bachalo is my voodoo love god), and this is a super-neat, cute picture. Rock on!
