I like him when he's a little kid, but I've only watched the movie Slayers, not any episodes, but it seems really good! ^-^ He got a cool light sword thing.

Me again. When will they ever learn? :igh:: The sword's hilt is one of your many many achille's heal it seems. This one is curved so it now looks like it should belong on a Chinese Dao (broadsword for the un-intelligible). His fingers are toothpicks (Not in the anime, in your drawing. Not as bad as some, but a lot worse than others. I'll leave off here in fear of making my insults repeat themselves from your other drawings.

Good job!! Gotta love Gourry, even if he has jellyfish for brains. Love the Slayers!! It's a great anime!!! My fave is Zelgadis. He's too cool!! ^-^ And I think you drew him just fine! Keep up the good work!!!

Anyhow about what NoName was saying, I don't think you should assume he's being mean he's just giving constructive critisism so that the artist is capable to improve the image by that new knowledge that noname here gave.
He is right about the fingers BUT it could be that there wrapped around the sword hilt, and idea for that would be put lines where the joint is supposed to be to show that it's bending in.

By the way which slayers movie did you watch? I love slayers I got all the boxsets and all the movies =P
But other then this critism your picture is one of the best ive seen in a long time!!

Nothing like healthy critism. I think you should work on the armour. He looks kinda like he's wearing bra and the shading needs a little bit of work. You will have seen me comment on other pics so looks at those. But overall his hair is lovely and it just needs a bit of work. Keep it up and follow my advice and you'll be a great artist in no time!
