FanArt: Self Control

this is haplo, or at least my mental picture of him, from the book Dragon Wing of The Death Gate Cycle by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. it's probably, in fact, definitely a bit off. he's a patryn from the death gate. since i've only read the first book, i don't know that much about him yet, but he was my favorite character. (no i don't care if he's the bad guy)

Oh good lord. drools, swoons, followed by repeated glomping This may not be the way I imagined Haplo, nor the way that he's supposed to look, but I still love it. In the fifth book, first few pages, there's a picture of him with "Dog". He looks much more older, maybe his late twenties, early thirties, and a bit more muscular, but I much like this version.that's a nice picture in the book i agree it's more accurate, but i usually make my own characters when i read... take some from the description then say 'screw it' and make the rest up, usually something appealing to me... makes it all the more interesting
16 Apr 2003	Mar Pérez Conill	Loading... The picture is very good, I really like the shadows game. Actually I've just ended the 6th book from the collection and... you can't stop it in the first... If you liked Haplo in that one, you'll adore him in the latest ones (I dooo!!). So this is it, if you've free time and the oportunity, just try to read the rest... Er... sorry, my english uses to be better than this, but I'm sleepy... ^_^¿¿thanks ^-^ i tore through the rest of the series. i was reading a book a day for a while. it's a good series, anyone reading this comment must read it now!!!
