| 13 Feb 2008 |  Glo 'the Bug' Bowden | I don’t think I could give any decent "advice" for the sky, because it’s so beautiful. You’ve given it an almost oceanic feel, like the clouds are ripples in a vast water source. I suppose you could make them a bit softer, but honestly i think they’re great as they are. In fact, softening them might take away their impact. This sky is sooo beautiful! I especially love your artistic use of the primary colors, featuring Kuja in red on a blue platform against a yellow sky. It’s really affective.  Shelz Keast replies: "I really like doing clouds using deep paint (mimics real paint- though in Hitchhikers’ fashion; is not completely unlike real paint). Well I can’t make any changes to it now, my computer was very co-operative last year with a record 3 crashes.
The blue platform that Kuja’s on is one of the weird blue structures that seem to litter Terra’s skyline (I’ll just assume that you’ve played the game and have some clue as to what I’m on about). I’ve no idea what their purpose is though." | |
