A female lioness-gargoyle of the Egyptian clan. Rather predatory in her attentions towards the opposite sex, she has trouble keeping her lovers...

Egyptian gargoyles are distantly related to the English clan as they resemble animals- most commonly lions(as here), falcons, crocodiles, and other animal- gods found in Egyptian mythology. Pencil sketch 'inked' and colored in Photoshop. I like the results of this method of coloring(opaque instead of transparent color layers), but it is oh so time consuming...

07-03-04 went back and re-did the outlines and tweaked a few other things. Much better, I think! :D

10 Nov 2004	Riderazzo	Loading... Cool art. I am a major Xmen evolution and Gargoyle fan. Lance and kitty are my favorite characters in Xmen. Lancitty rocks!!! Brooklyn, Demona and Demona and Goliths daughter are my fav characters for Gargoyles. P.S I think there daughters name is Angela but i am not sure it is sad i know.
