My name is Simon Vardy. I am a huge fan of all things fantasy and enjoy to express my imagination in both my art and my music. I am a student doing my A Levels and see my artwork as a good escape from the pressures of life. I really enjoy drawing anything and everything and living in a large village close to Sheffield leaves me with lots of hilly countryside as inspiration. Other than art I also really enjoy playing my guitars and gridiron. My goals with my artwork are basically to just enojoy doing the paintings and drawing and enjoying it. The main inspirations for my artwork are books, games and also wargames. I really enjoy reading The Lord of The Rings and the fantasy context in the novel inspires my imagination, as do all the games I play.
