If I might I would like to suggest an easy way to improve your pics, and is that now you're using darker values of the same color to shade. What about using different colors that will your shapes pop more? For examplegreen or purple for the red dress. (Use a transparen brush). I like all the contrasts between the two girls: light and dark; cool blue, smoldering red; one leaning over, the other standing straight; one with a wide skirt, the other will a sleeker dress.
