FanArt: Lulu new and improved

This picture is replacing my old Lulu picture which sucked bad! :p I like this one a lot more! She turned out ok this time round. I really like the way her hair turned out. OC colors, adobe photoshop 5 BG and touch ups Lulu is from ff10
