FanArt: New Magic

One of my Gargoyles characters, Grey. His story is here. In the story he's barely more than a toddler, but here I picture him in his early adolescence. I find this age rather endearing; I imagine he'd be the type of tweener who might occasionally trip over his own feet, and right after doing/saying something particularly weighty or dignified.

This thing took me so long to finish, mainly because my imagination just had to go and create a character with an odd, complicated wing design and a pattern of bloomin' SPOTS. It's all well and good to write about such features, but drawing and coloring them is quite a task. I have no one to blame but my own little brain.

I rarely say this, though: I am actually quite happy with the result here.
