It's face is nicely shaped but it's not the same as th "mlp"s And the wings don't really look attached. You might want to put more definition in the bones of the wing or the shoulder that's supporting it. I like the hair, and how you colored it. Also if it's name is thunder maybe you should give it a little pazaz so people know why. His wings were so hard, they were supposed to just lie at his side, but I couldn't find any refs, so I had to do it cold.
