In the neogeo game 'King of Fighters 2000', Kula is a clone made by a cartel to assasinate a traitor. She has the power to freeze things, including (if i'm not mistaken) the athmostphere! Btw, the traitor, 'K (that's his name: 'K) has the power of fire. Kind of fitting, isn't it?
