FanArt: The Tyrant Project

Here's an old piece from my graphics class. We were told to compose an alternate book cover from any piece of literature we liked (but preferably something sci-fi or horror as it was around Halloween at the time) using any digital means we liked. I opted to use the novelization of Resident Evil as my piece. Naturally, Tyrant just HAD to be on the cover. :-) All the title and author text is cropped out for copyright purposes, but you get the general idea what it looked like in the end. Used Photoshop 5.5, Illustrator 8, NeoPaint, and old stock pictures from my portfolio.
