*first comment dance* oh wow, this is very unique! Took my a second to focus and totally see it, but it looks great! I love the colors and how well you blended them. It's great art =)

I'd say it would be water ( my opinion ) cuz lets look at the tail a fish like part and it ( no clue what gender it is ) is blue.... wait water reflects from the sky DARN >_< well look at the face fish like isn't it? ( okay lets stop it with the fish ne? )
