Elrond Peredhil - Lord Of The Rings: Waii! *loves her Elrond* I'd seen a lot of chibi elves around recently, so why not do my own? :D I did base his likeness more on Hugo Weaving than the standard 'cute' chibi so it has a rather 'interesting' look to it :)

Thank you for erring on the side of Hugo over the side of chibi, as you put it; I don't think it would look quite right otherwise... Scoops him up and huggles him Mine! Mine! goes off to steal leash from picture of chibi-legolas as a pet PS: I don't suppose we could get you to do a ChibiSmith, too? PPS: All fawning over cuteness aside, congratulations on inventing "chibirealism". It works.

As to the Star Wars controversy going around, I think Zebbi is referring to Hugo Weaving's brief part in the movie where he played Wookie No. 2. He also was one of Princess Lea's stunt doubles. Reportedly, the similarity in appearance between Lea and Weaving was so striking that Obi Wan wound up having a little tryst with him on set, by mistake...um...but we won't get into that right now...

18 Oct 2004	Norma Peters	Loading... What an excellent job you've done of this. I like the fact that you have actually made the figure look like Elrond, and that cannot have been easy. The costuming is perfect, as well. Totally deserving of Mods' Choice.
