Siegfried from Soul Edge/Calibur series. I love this guy :3, been a favourite (with other characters) since I got Soul Edge so many years ago, and still is with SCII. Fun to use and good story to go with him. I got really lazy with the background on photoshop. At least the colouring came out as smoothly as I hoped it would, though his armour had more contrast and his eyes were more detailed before I scanned it.
