FanArt: Diversion as Xena

This is my character, Diversion, dressed as Xena: Warrior Princess. I hadn't actually planned on posting this, but I needed at least four pictures to create a Fan Art gallery and I was one short:-).

Generic coloured pencils with inked lines, August 1998.

I love her costume. It's very intricate, and you have textured it well. Good job.

I don't know, but for some reason I can't help but think that something is wrong with the picture. I think the proportions are wrong.

costume is okay i suppose but i think her neck is too long and she looks Anorexic but i can see where your coming from a bit of practice should help ya^.^

:-) Jennifer Pitcock Doneske replies: "Thanks for the pointers, but just to make it known, this piece is *very* old (It was done, best I can remember, almost seven years ago), and I only included it here on Elfwood because I didn't have enough fan art for a Fan Quarter gallery otherwise. ;-) I've rather improved since I did this, and am now a professional freelance artist. For a more up-to-date view of my work, you can visit my personal gallery at http://www.whitefantom.com/artwork/computerart.html , or you can visit my Sci Fi & Fantasy gallery here on Elfwood (which really needs to be cleaned out, come to think of it--there's a lot of older stuff still there that I really should retire). But thanks for giving me constructive criticism anyway--it's always helpful. 1"
