This is the Space Dragon Ridley. Anyone who plays Metroid knows who this is. Ridley, the Space dragon, one of the leaders of the Space Pirates. Gotta love him. He's the reason Samus became a bounty hunter in the first place, after the systematic slaughter of her entire space colony. Guess who wanted revenge?
