FanArt: Awakening

I had a rush of inspiration to do art from the anime Blue Seed after I finished watching it a few weeks ago, but this picture sat in my hard drive half-colored for months after I lost interest in it... >__< i dug it out a few days ago and forced myself to finish it since it wasn't a bad picture and I needed more practice with cel-style. The sloppiness of the colors is really obvious after my laziness settled in, but other than that it's all right. ^^; Anyways, this is Kaede (whom I like better than the main character Momiji) Her outfit looks roman/greek-ish, ne? XD

Honestly this wouldn't be my favorite picture of yours, probably because I'm just so fond of a few of the others, but I really love the close up on the face. You got a great blend of soft cg and harder animation style. I love her eyes especially...so gorgeous ^^
