SciFi and Fantasy Art: The WOnders of Perspective...

This'un was a birthday pic for my mom ;p

I have decided that I really like working on big paper...This piece is 24' by 18', very larggggge.

It seemed SUCH a sad thing to shrink this picture from it's wonderful largeness to fit the 100 k requirements for elfwood. *sob* ;P Plus, the gryphon lost it's eye color, it looks GREY now...ick.

14 Jan 2002	Scythica the Gryphon	Loading... Ah, reminds me of the assorted Scythian (my favorite) and Celtic 'twisted' designs that are reversed near the middle of the spine. Very flowing, very mobile and gracefull. Besides, I always like to see gryphons.
