SciFi and Fantasy Art: Kelpie

When I was five, I had this book called 'Up the Airy Mountain' and it had all these short stories in it about ketting stolen by the fairies, finding fairy cows and the like. (For those who dont know, when you dink the milk of fairy cows, it is so delicious that you want more and more and more and then you can't stop. These aren't nice cows, y'know!) But the one story I remember better than any other is that of the Kelpie and the young girl (I can't remember her name). Basically, the kelpie took the girl to her underwater kingdom, where she had a blast, but then the next time, the girl didn't want to, and the kelpie got mad. The only problem is, I can't remember how the story ends... But anyway, this is my kelpie. She is meant to look alluring in a kind of underwater way, and yet at the same time, she is meant to posses a slightly strange air, as if something is not quite wonderful about her.
