SciFi and Fantasy Art: L'iditenté

Don't ask me to translate the title in english, the word doesn't exists in frech either, that's a pure neologism... So why this title? Well I had the idea of that drawing while I was listening to a french song called L'iditenté (by Les têtes raides and Noir Désir). In this song, the singer says 'and me with my pop-gun... I'm going up to front...' So... Pop-gun... Kid... Front... Kid playing war... I wanted him to look like Tom Sawyer in the cartoon of my childhood... Well I'm not very satisfied with the kid's face, he doesn't look very childish...
