Philip was born in Vänersbrog, a small town in Sweden. Now he is a academy student, that enyoy drawing. The most of his works are pencildrawings, of diffrent fantasy-creatures.

    I was born in Vänersborg a smal town in Sweden. I enyoy drawing and mostly draw fantasy-creatures whit pencil. I have lived in Vänersborg my hole life. Except for one year when i was in Kiruna, a city in the top of Sweden. In Kiruna i trained to become an artic-ranger for the military elitunit 'Lapplansjägarna' (Lapplandic Rangers'). Now im studing computer science. Im in my second year of three from geeting my degree. I hope and belive i will make it. I love the works of Tolkien, and im relly fashinated of Middle-Earth. Some of my favorit artist's are John Howe, Ted Nashmith and Allan Lee. I allso like most of Marshalls works.

    Hello again. ^_^ I was reading your issues about elves, and thought I'd comment!
    As for the pointy ears... I'm not sure where that myth came from, but It's been around for quite a while, before Tolkien, I think. Elves can be picture in many different ways, but I think they almost always have pointy ears!
    I do not, however, think that all elves have to be tall and long faced. It could also be different types of elves. Some tall, lean, and with angular faces; I have also seen very round looking faces with big round eyes. I'm a big fan of elves that are not-so-human, myself. The small, flighty creatures that seem like they belong more in the fairy realm. But, to each his own, and you're free to depict them however you wish! But...Not all people draw elves tall and lean. 12 (Although...I do think that was Tolkiens description of HIS elves.)
