SciFi and Fantasy Art: Jessondra

A gift for a friend after she did me a HUGE favor; her fey character done up all pretty with colored pencils and magicky glowy butterflies and stuff. I like this one, I just don't know what to say about it. O.o;; Prismapencil on colored paper.
