| 14 Feb 2001 | Brian Vigue | Another great pic! I like the way you captured the emotion! One tip tho: that big crescent moon seems out of place and somewhat distracting. But anyway, a very moving pic! I share in their pain as they mourn over Wondero's demise in the dirt! You mean Wondero would actually allow himself the disgrace of kicking off face down in a pile of sod? *l* | |
| 17 Feb 2001 | Jennifer D. De Salme | Oh, they look so sad! Great emotion and I really like the combo of ink shading and CGI'ing. Gabe looks fabulous!I'm not sure I like the style of ink shading yet... I've used it a few times, but not to my satisfaction yet. Glad someone likes tho. *nervous laugh* | |
| 2 Jun 2001 | Kirsten Taschira Scholz | This drawing is full of emotion, not many artist are capable of capturing emotion in their pics. To the ink shading: I sometimes use it (if you come to my gallery you can look at "same problem every nite") and is very important that you not simply scribble around but take care of the direction of the ink-strokes. Otherwise it looks easily sloopy. Mostly it looks good if the direction of the strokes follows the movement of the underground (hope I make sense and did not offend you...)Hey! YOu caught my laziness! No, I"m not offended, I know I'm lazy about ink-shading... I'm lazy about everything. ^_~ | |
