SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lexus Windsor

This is an illustration of yet another new character class added to the 3rd edition game rules. With extremely high physical attributes all around, this was a perfect opportunity for me to break from my typical gruff, war-torned look that my warriors tend to carry. With Lexus, I wanted to convey not only a strong charasmatic presence, but also a sort of natural innate power that he could manipulate at will.

7 Feb 2002	Lisa Ann (Jae) Andresen	Loading... wow. i was just "randon button" surfing elfwood, and came across this; I am very, very impressed. And I love the lettering. Very good job. The shading is perfect, or at least, nearly so as far as I can tell (I'm just learning myself).
24 May 2004	Anonymous	Loading... Hmmm... compared to your other work, I can honestly say I'm not impressed with this piece. The proportion between the upper and lower half of Lexus' body if off, it looks like you stuck one guy's torso on top of a fairly muscled woman's waist and legs. You might explain this as his legs are turned to the side, but if that is your excuse, I'd have to say your perception wasn't very good. On the bright side, your detail on his clothing was well done.
