I like this to her hear looks so alive but her hands are just a bit small 11

:-) Gertie M. Beckers replies: "Yeah she has very tiny hands14 But I like the rest of it, And thanks for commenting so much, I appriciate that2.,,"

Hands and feet are very difficult; usually it takes years of practice. Even some professional artists hide the hands just so they don’t have to deal with them. Try looking at your own hands and draw the lines and shapes. If you can’t get the details make them simple shapes like the Japanese artists do. Just keep practicing.

The face shape and body are well done. I also like the details; the ears, scales and fish are wonderful.

:-) Gertie M. Beckers replies: "Thanks for the advice, This painting is from áálong time ago so I think the hands are now much better1.,,"

She looks very mysterious. The webbing between her fingers is a noce touch and her eyes are FANTASTIC!

:-) Gertie M. Beckers replies: "THANK you SAM118118.,,"

I enjoy the overall look of this picture, it feels very complete. I have a hard time making backgrounds, but I’m working on it. Again, the eyes are very well done.

:-) Gertie M. Beckers replies: "I know what you’re talking about, I’m not good in making landscapes so most of the time I make the background like this, Thanks for your comment2.,,"
