SciFi and Fantasy Art: Metalwork

The dagger grip and sheath is carved oak with a stained and dyed finish. The tiny sword is a miniature replica of Sir Oliver Cromwel's sword, complete with hammer-marks. The star shaped thing is a folding shuriken (works good too!). The mail sample is a section I made with leftover rings from a mail shirt I made and foolishly traded some years ago. The background isn't mine, it's a map for a video game.

It is in fact real metalwork that I have done. Though I would like to do some 3D work sometime, I have no real plans for it and what little I have done is no longer in existance. (wasn't worth seeing anyways, more 3D equivalent of scribbles...)

I'm amazed! I've already admired metalworking, especially sword smithing. ^_^ Pro'lly 'cause I'm a fan of swords myself. That shuriken looks wicked cool! Nice job. You gonna show us more of your metal working? Or do more? I hope so!

Tell me how to start metallurgy or I will hunt you down and kill you while you are sleeping. (Not a threat) and can I buy the shuriken from you?
