Practice by drawing your own hand or other peoples' hands, just the hands, many times. I noticed in my early works, the ones whose hands I drew from my own looked ten times better. However, what matters most is the artist's "eye", and you have that, I can tell by how other proportions in your art are natural looking, more natural, in fact, that a lot of professional Anime.
