SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Phantom Wraith

Ummm... What can I really say about this one? I was tired and was watching dracula so... guess my mind was a bit wandering. Anyways, its a wraith, spectre, or whatever. Anyone have an idea on what it is? It's all done by pencil, except for the red eyes which i added on after i scanned it. *Update* Someone told me this is a Death Knight, not a wraith, and since he is a DnD expert, i'm gonna beleive him.
