Another birthday pic(no not combined astrologies this time) for internet friend Joules Taylor(sorry it's so late.) I just went for a sexy dragon guy this time. Imagine being in Seventh Heaven or Cloud Nine with this fellow, whooo... I wanted something a bit more sultry, but then he looked at me with those blue eyes and cute smile, I couldn't resist ^_^ Photoshop and Graphire tablet over pencil drawing.
