SciFi and Fantasy Art: Beast

This fella was a peice I gave up on after a time. It is remarkably rewarding to work in such high detail over a period of time, and see it coming out. He is the product of many days, after work, of 15 minutes here, two hours there... quite a few hours of very cautious pencil work. Cross hatch is my favorite render method.

This demon from hell does exist in real life as I've seen him in visions and there are so many other people in this world who have drawn him without ever seeing this particular picture, which is also proof of his existence.
