SciFi and Fantasy Art: Death Fairy

I wrote a story Jr. year of highschool about faries, The Queen was the giver of life while her daughter was the taker of lives. This is my first pastel/charcoal work, no pencil. She doesn't look exactly like the fairy in my story, but I like it all the same.

11 Sep 2004	Kay C.	Loading... He! I got the first comment this time! Her wings looks like dead leaves ish and her stockings are cooool! Like gothy cute. I think i would kind of see her sitting around the graveyard tombstones or someting Tara 'Raven' Monday replies: "In the original (pen sketch) there was a circle of dead ivy around her, but I couldn't do it on the cardboard the same way I could in pen, and tombstones seemed too cliche, though I did think that too. I like how you see her wings, thanks for the comment."

8 Oct 2005	Anonymous	Loading... This reminds me some what of myself. So gloomy, sad, and alone. Its beautiful. I wish i could schetch like this. Every thing i try to do comes out wrong. what is the name of your story? Is it published? Perhaps i could read it? No, I don't have anything published. I might make a writing part of elfwood to put some of my things. We'll see. Thanks for the comment.
