SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dragons: Wise Dragon of the Sea

This is the first computer-done picture I've ever finished. Apparently, I finally taught my mouse to listen to me (or else found patience that I didn't know I had.) This is a re-make of the 'Wise Dragon of the Sea' colored pencil piece that everyone seemed to like, done with Photoshop, a mouse, and a lot of patience.
