SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hrothulf-Dwarven Barbarian

Hrothulf here was my character for my last D&D campaign. He's basically and outcast from an evil subrace of barbaric dwarves. He became pretty powerful near the end of the campaign but here is his level-1 drawing and one of the original sketches for the character.

And what is funny, when i first started playing d&d i had a dwarf barba, and the dm kept on killing me for some reason. Might be because it was slightly evil and liked to praise unmentionables by saying their name... I dont know. Any way great job, i love hrothulf.

16 May 2003	Mark C	Loading... Excellent job. I have always wanted to see what a proportionate yet obscenely muscled dwarf would actually look like. You captured it perfectly. I have tried for a long time and never came close to anything I liked. Not to mention that your skill and talent far surpasses mine. Thanks for the alternative to the dumpy paunchy dwarves.

29 Nov 2004	Josh	Loading... I cant find anything wrong with this picture. Its perfect. The only thing I wouldve done different is the axe. I wouldve given him a battle axe. The kind with two sides. But like I said Its perfect. You have a very creative imagination.
