This is great, you got that peaceful look on her face!

1 Natalia Nikitin replies: "Peaceful? I was actually going more for 'bored'. *g* She was geting bored within the walls of the city and decided to go for a journey that eventually led to it's downfall."

This is going to get really redundant after a while because I know all the Tolkien drawings are gonna be great. But this is really awesome. I've gotta admit, it's been a while since I've picked up the Silmarillion, but this rings true with it, for sure. Thanks! Perhaps I'll try to do a coloured version, although I kinda like it in BW.

Earrings! I just noticed that she has earrings. I like them. It gives her just a hint of a gypsy look - a bit wild and a bit magical and very mysterious. Lovely drawing.

1 Natalia Nikitin replies: "Yup, them earrings just had to be there... perhaps reflecting some of what you said as well as the wander-lust of the character. "

PS...i wanna see others when you do them....!!

:-) Natalia Nikitin replies: "Subtleties of feeling and mood are often difficult if not impossible to nail down with words. In this sense visual art might often be at a slight advantage over written word. Thank you very much for your very flattering comment. 2"

So shy face! She is beautiful and graceful!

:-) Natalia Nikitin replies: "Don’t know about shy. Her disobedience and wonderlust, as opposed to shyness, in the nd brought about the fall of her home city."
