SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sentinel

The fay had abandoned this world to sleep until the energy flowing along the ley lines would rise again to a level acceptable for these magical creatures. His lord had left him, Charis, behind to take revenge on those who had commited treason against his house - the Morrigan - by trying to murder his people at their resting place. He had offered him a terrible gift to make him survive the years to come, years in which magic would be dwindling continuously until all fay who hadn' t fled to Arcadia would turn into mere humans. He was a beastie now. Once a pouka he had been able to shapechange into a dog, a horse or a goat - he could even switch his gender. Now he turned into a nightmare creature, the black thing hunting you in your worst dreams...

This character was inspired by a White Wolf background. As usual I bent it to my idea of the world, of magic and of supernatural creatures.
